  • Secure your individual table, measuring 80 x 125 cm, and showcase your unique creations to a global audience.

  • As a token of appreciation, receive a welcome box filled with beads worth €50, courtesy of Bohemia Crystal Valley.

  • Enjoy a day of networking and creativity with included lunch, two coffee breaks, and a professional photographer to capture your work.

  • Anticipate an impressive crowd, as we expect over 2000 visitors eager to explore your creations.

Here are some fun plans lined up for you:

Friday, May 17, 2024: Event starts at the Olympic Hotel's restaurant with a fantastic shared celebratory buffet dinner at 6:00 p.m. It's going to be a great time, and you can pay right there on the spot. The cost will be around 320-350 CZK. Good food and good company - what's not to love?

Saturday, May 18, 2024: The festivities continue! Starting at 8:30 a.m., get ready to prepare your amazing jewelry and decorations for the festival. It's your time to shine and showcase your talents!

In the evening, from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m., we'll be packing all back. Teamwork makes the dream work, and we'll make sure everything's spick and span for our wonderful event.

Get ready for a weekend full of fun and creativity. We can't wait to see you there! 🎉

  • Each exhibitor will enjoy the convenience of an 80 x 125 cm table. For those who require additional space, the option to purchase a second table is available (excluding lunch, catalogs, and extras) for 1500 CZK (€65 for international exhibitors). Opting for two tables will cost a total of 3500 CZK (€155).
  • Your participation fee covers several perks, including a sumptuous buffet lunch and two refreshing coffee breaks. Additionally, you'll have the privilege of having a professional photographer capture your creations, providing you with full-sized, high-quality photos, just as we did last year.
  • As a valuable resource for both exhibitors and attendees, a beautifully designed full-color catalog featuring all exhibitors will be included.
  • Furthermore, our generous festival sponsor is delighted to offer you an inspirational box filled with beads worth 50 euros.
  • Your exhibit space is more than just a display area; it's a platform for your creativity. Feel free to not only showcase your creations but also sell them, host engaging workshops, and offer kits or individual components for others to create the very exhibits you're displaying.
  • To ensure your preparations go smoothly, the conference room will be at your disposal on Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. This will allow ample time for both setup and cleanup, ensuring that your jewelry and decorations are beautifully presented on the stands or mannequins you've brought along. Your creativity knows no bounds at our festival!
  • The organizer of the event, the Korálkářky z.s. association, is not responsible for any damages.
  • Deadline for applications until capacity is filled, but no later than 30 April 2024. The number of places is limited.
  • Before sending the application, you must first pay the fee to the the Korálkářky z.s. association and email the application with a copy of the payment. By filling out the application, you agree not only to the publication of photos taken at the festival, but also to the further use of the photos for advertising purposes of the association, and you also express that you have read the propositions of the event and will follow them.

Calling All Creatives: The BOHEMIA CRYSTAL VALLEY Competition

We're thrilled to announce the competition sponsored by the heart and soul of our festival, BOHEMIA CRYSTAL VALLEY®! Let your imagination run wild because this is your chance to shine. Each exhibitor can submit up to three unique items for this exciting competition, as long as they haven't been showcased in any previous competitions. Think outside the box – it could be jewelry, a handbag, clothing, beaded decorations, flowers, brooches, or anything else that showcases your artistry.

The best part? You have a world of beads at your disposal - whether they're Czech, Japanese, Chinese, or from anywhere else, feel free to let your creativity flow. This competition isn't just about seed beads; you're required to use shaped beads like butterflies, Hawaiian flowers, snowflakes, melons, gemduo, par puca and all other shaped beads. Explore bead shapes with our mixes. We hope this competition's rules are as crystal clear as your stunning creations.

To enter, simply submit a photo (or a link to a video) of your exquisite beadwork no later than April 30, 2024, in good resolution to email: bohemia-acro@seznam.cz. Use file storage like dropbox.com, www.uschovna.cz, www.wetransfer.com or any other you like.

The next step is all about the thrill of the semi-finals. Our sponsor will handpick 20 works to advance to this stage. Remember, it's all about your creativity, and the selection process is anonymous. So, everyone gets a fair shot. If you're one of the lucky 20, be sure to bring your entries to the festival because we'll create an exhibition to showcase your talent, whether or not you make it to the semi-finals. All semi-finals will receive a special secret and valuable box from our generous sponsor. Trust us; the surprise will be worth it!

That's not all; all twenty semi-final works will be featured in a fabulous fashion show at the Beading Festival Prague 2024. It's your moment to shine, and we're here to celebrate your artistry!

Now, onto the grand finale - the prizes! They're worth a whopping total of 1,000 euros and are as follows:

  • 3rd Place: A voucher worth 100 euros for purchasing materials (beads) from the event's sponsor.

  • 2nd Place: A voucher worth 200 euros for purchasing materials (beads) from the event's sponsor.

  • 1st Place: A voucher worth 200 euros for purchasing materials (beads) from the event's sponsor and a whopping 500 euros in cold, hard cash.

The best part? All vouchers have no expiration date, so you can use them whenever you like. Your creativity knows no bounds, and we can't wait to see what you bring to the festival!

Enter the PRECIOSA ORNELA Competition

In the spirit of friendly competition, each exhibitor is invited to submit one piece of jewelry for a personal evaluation in the PRECIOSA ORNELA competition. To qualify for the competition, your jewelry or decoration should prominently feature beads produced by Preciosa Ornela. These can include a variety of bead types, not limited to seed beads, but encompassing other distinct shapes and pearls from Preciosa.

This year's competition theme is inspired by the upcoming Ice Hockey World Championship in Prague, taking place from May 10 to May 26, 2024. We encourage you to infuse your piece with the spirited essence of the championship, ideally reflecting the national colors of the Czech Republic - red, blue, and white. However, if your creativity leads you to represent another participating country's color scheme, that's absolutely allowed, provided it corresponds to a team in the World Championship (finding this information is a breeze).

The rewards are as dazzling as your creations - the top three jewelry pieces or decorations will be awarded a coveted box brimming with exquisite beads from Preciosa Ornela. So, let your creativity shine and may the best pieces win!
