Worldwide Shipping
We offer a free worldwide shipping over 150 EUR orders (approx. 159 USD). For all orders below this amount the shipping price is a flat fee for all countries - 9 EUR. Regardless of how many items ordered or the order weight, even for the outlet items.
Orders over 1000 EUR are automatically marked as B2B orders and do not subjected to the free shipping rules. All B2B orders are eligible for the Express Shipping by FedEx. Contact us to get the estimate rates for the Express Shipping method. Delivery takes 3-5 business days worldwide. You receive the shipping invoice after the order will be prepared for dispatch. The order can not be dispatched until the shipping fee has been paid for. Read more here about B2B order conditions.
All orders are processed within 2 - 5 business days if the ordered item is not needed to be produced, excluding weekends and holidays. For outlet items processing time could take up to 10 business days because of logistic between our warehouses. For outlet seed beads items processing time usually takes up to 1-4 weeks because of logistic between the warehouses.
Delivery time to the United States or Canada usually takes 10-20 business days.
Delivery time within the Europe usually takes 5-15 business days.
Delivery time to China usually takes 15-30 business days.
During December and January delivery my take longer because of high sales season. We cannot speed up the order delivery when it has already been sent.
Important to know
In case of the order cancelation request after two days from the order payment date 30% pick and pack fee may be applied.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available, please be patient.
If you haven’t received your order within 25 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@bcv.glass with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in it’s original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping cost.
If the ordered item arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@bcv.glass with your order number and the photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
